Holt Systems has the experience to eliminate paper charts

Paper charts are prepared for scanning by removing

stapes and sticky notes and then assembling by Tab

structure with bar coded cover sheets.

The resulting bar-coded stacks are then scanned.

High speed scanners insert the records in

the proper patient chart by appropriate tab.



The end result is all patient records available

to all staff instantly, even from remote locations.
