CPOE 170.315(a)(1),(a)(2),(a)(3) is included for free as part of the base product above.
ePrescribing inclusive of Drug to Drug and Drug to Allergy Interaction Checks 170.315 (a)(4) and Drug Formulary 170.315(a)(10) are included as part of the ePrescribing Module at no additional cost.
There are no additional costs related to Demographics, Problem List Entry, Medication Lists, Medication Allergy Lists, Clinical Decision Support, Smoking Status, Patient Education, or Implantable Device List.
Patient Portal inclusive of View, Download and Transmit as well as Secure Messaging currently has no additional costs for use of these modules.
Use of Transition of Care is via a third party, Dynamic HealthIT, which includes FHIR and CCDA Creation, this product contains a yearly charge per Tax ID (Practice/Group) and a one-time setup cost per Tax ID for FHIR Setup.
Use of CQM Clinical Quality Measures is via a third party registry, which includes a cost yearly charge per TIN to generate CQM Measures that they are certified on.
Direct Project requires the advent of a direct HISP mailbox, this has a monthly charge per mailbox.  This is provided via a third party, Rosetta Health and a certificate issued by DigiCert, which has a yearly cost.
